Explosively modified BMW X6M Lamborghini saw the call of a brother!

The work of Manhart, BMW’s royal tuning factory, means the emergence of performance monsters. Sometimes it blows up special modifications like the 777 hp M5 CS, and other times it turns the SUV into a 900 hp super rocket. Of course, Manhart will also modify other brands, such as improving Tesla’s performance. However, the novelty introduced today is a bit special: Manhart gave this heavy-duty SUV a new shape and powerful power based on the BMW X6 M, but at the same time used a wide-body body and forged carbon fiber. seems to let Manhart lose the tradition.
The BMW X6 M that Manhart changed is called the MHX6 700 WB, with the last two letters representing the wide body kit. The 24-piece widebody kit is made entirely of forged carbon fiber. Among the models using this material is the Lamborghini Huracan Performante. For Lamborghini, the forged carbon material scattered throughout the Huracan adds to the elegance of the supercar itself, but Manhart’s approach is so unconventional it seems like a loss of detail.
In terms of appearance, the MHX6 700 WB’s grille is surrounded by forged carbon fiber, while the front spoiler, fender opening, rearview mirror cover, engine cover vents, rear lip and rear wing are also made from forged carbon fiber. The bright black Manhart pattern breaks the understated texture created by the matte charcoal gray metallic paint job, the new 22-inch wheels make people feel stand out, and the use of short H&R springs also makes the new car more understated.
As for the interior, the forged carbon fiber MHX6 700 WB is made up of 12 pieces, including some seats, dashboard trim, center console, steering wheel, door panel trim, and even shift paddles.
In terms of performance, the MHX6 700 WB now delivers 537kW (720hp) and 900Nm thanks to a retuned ECU and modified exhaust system. In response to the improved performance, Manhart has upgraded the braking system.
Although the prices for the aforementioned modified parts have not been officially announced, they are sure to be expensive. So the question is, is it worth buying? Let’s put it this way: if you think your taste is unique enough, then this car is definitely one of a kind.
In fact, the birth of forged carbon fiber technology (Forged Composite) was not long in coming. At the 2010 Paris Motor Show, Lamborghini officially announced forged carbon fiber technology with the launch of the Sesto Elemento concept car. The biggest difference between forged carbon fiber and traditional woven carbon fiber is that forged carbon fiber uses waste carbon fiber, commonly known as chopped carbon fiber, so the raw material cost is lower, but its strength is not as good as that of woven carbon fiber. .
In addition, after the pulverized carbon fiber is mixed with the resin, it has good fluidity under high pressure and can form intricate parts, which cannot be achieved with conventional woven carbon fiber. For example, this MHX6 700 WB has various forged carbon fiber parts on the outside and inside. Of course, this unique texture is very different from the texture of traditional woven carbon fiber, it is more like a meteorite texture and has a unique visual effect.
